Trojan Group Training Pty Ltd is a specialist Group Training Organisation (GTO) established to create opportunities for Apprentices and Trainees and Host Employers across a diverse range of industries.

What is the role of a Group Training Organisation (GTO)?
A GTO takes on the responsibility as the legal employer of apprentices and trainees including wages, superannuation, worker's compensation, and all other aspects of employment.
Our goal is to match the right apprentices and trainees with the right host employers to ensure quality on-the-job training and work experience.
Our services include the following:
Recruitment and Selection - we use our expertise to help find great opportunities for apprentices and trainees & placements for host employers
Training & Development - we partner with Registered Training Organisations (RTO) to ensure apprentices and trainees receive quality training (both on the job & off the job) through accredited courses in order to receive nationally recognised qualifications
Mentoring and Support - we provide support to apprentices and trainees through guidance, performance reviews and management throughout their apprenticeship and traineeship
Admin support- we work with the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network to ensure all paperwork, training contracts and other related admin is completed correctly

We are all about safety
At Trojan, we genuinely care for our people and we have a strong commitment to send them home safely. That's why all Trojan staff undergo rigorous assessments and testing, and complete an induction and risk assessment prior to arriving on site.
We also supply staff with PPE (where required), engage in regular safety inspections, toolbox talks and have a Work Health and Safety Management System that is accredited to OHS ISO 45001 standards.
