Allowing the host employer to focus on managing their core business, our team manage the apprenticeship / traineeship process, including;

• Recruitment, selection, induction and placement of apprentices / trainees

• Payment of wages, superannuation, workers’ compensation, leave entitlements and rostered days off (if applicable).

• Ensuring apprentices / trainees are ready to go on their first day with uniforms and required personal protective equipment.

• Allocation of Trojan representatives to provide mentoring, support and guidance to both Host employers and apprentices / trainees.

• Coordination of training with the RTO and all administrative processes.
