This role offers stable, long-term employment within a modern workshop environment, working with a leading manufacturer supplying steel products to the mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

About the Role

We are looking for a trade-qualified Boilermaker to join the fabrication team at  in Pinkenba. The role involves workshop-based fabrication and welding of steel grating, handrails, walkways, and structural components in a safety-focused and team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Fabrication and welding of steel grating and structural steel components
• Performing MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux-Core welding to engineering specifications
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
• Operating workshop equipment and maintaining tools
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and following safety procedures
• Working independently and collaboratively within a production team

Shift Times

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm (early finish)

What You’ll Bring

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate in Boilermaking, Welding or Fabrication
• Strong workshop fabrication experience
• Ability to confidently perform multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick & Flux-Core)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
