About the Role
We are looking for a trade-qualified Boilermaker to join the fabrication team at in Pinkenba. The role involves workshop-based fabrication and welding of steel grating, handrails, walkways, and structural components in a safety-focused and team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fabrication and welding of steel grating and structural steel components
- Performing MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux-Core welding to engineering specifications
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
- Operating workshop equipment and maintaining tools
- Maintaining housekeeping standards and following safety procedures
- Working independently and collaboratively within a production team
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm (early finish)
- $45.00 per hour + superannuation
- Consistent full-time hours with early Friday finishes
- Long-term ongoing opportunity

- Australian recognised Trade Certificate in Boilermaking, Welding or Fabrication
- Strong workshop fabrication experience
- Ability to confidently perform multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick & Flux-Core)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
