Welders & 2nd Class welders

About the Role:

• Medium sized modern workshop facility in Bassendean, Perth.
• Scope of work involves mainly Fluxcore welding of a range of Mobile & Fixed Plant Mining Equipment including Buckets, Chutes, Screens, Conveyors, Mill & Crusher liners, Wear Plates.
• Starting on Day shift but option to move to afternoon shift after a few weeks if you want! 
• Day Shift - $45 per/hr  - Shift Times 6:00-14:00.
• Afternoon Shift - $52.56 per/hr - Shift Times 14:00-22:00.
• Night Shift - $53.54 per/hr – shift time 22:00 – 6:00.
• Occasional overtime.
• Potential to transition into a full time permanent position.
• Immediate Start.
• Long-term ongoing work.

  
Key Requirements:

• Ability to pass a Weld test – Fillet weld using solid wire.
• Recent workshop experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen.
• Current Driver’s License & reliable transport.
