Welders

Our client is a leading engineering company based in Wingfield SA that specialises in bending, rolling and fabrication of a wide range of steel fabrication products. We currently have great opportunities for experienced Workshop Welders to join their busy day shift team.

About the role:
  

• Understand drawings and follow SOPs
• Follow WH&S policies and procedures
• General Housekeeping
• Maintain set quality standards and use hand tools
• MIG weld to a good standard
• Safely use workshop equipment ie./cut off saws, Brobo cold saws, etc

  
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• Current Driver’s License and Reliable transport
• Be able to measure using tape measure
• Be able to use grinders 5” cut / grind
• Ability to understand and comply with Workplace Health & Safety policies and processes
• Work well as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
