Warehouse Team Leader

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently looking for experienced Team Leaders to join a logistics client based in Yennora.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to established KPIs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a team leader or second-in-command (2iC).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relations effectively.
• Experience in meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
