Warehouse Team Leader

Trojan Recruitment Group is looking for a Team Leader to work on the North side of Brisbane (Hendra). Experience in a warehouse environment is essential as well as managing and working with the small team on the floor. Must be able to work 8am to 4:30pm between Monday to Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving & put away of inbound stock
• Loading/unloading trucks
• Use of Forklift (high reach experience favourable)
• Oversee and assist in picking, packing & dispatch of all orders
• Allocating tasks and resources to staff
• Commitment to Occupational Health & Safety
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and internal team members

Skills & Experience

• Must have LF Forklift licence
• Ability to manage a team
• Accuracy & attention to detail
• Able to identify and communicate clear direction of best practice
• Strong oral and written skills
