This role is based in Wetherill Park where you will work closely with service technicians and customers to overcome breakdowns and issues.

The Role
- Complete general admin tasks, ordering & sending parts, stationary, clothes
- Process invoices, daily work order creations and closures in SAP and GeoOp Maintenance Programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs
- Proficient in computer use. Able to use excel, outlook and PDF Editor minimum
- Basic understanding of SAP SRM or data entry, or basic accounting
- Fast Learner
- Experience in Customer Service
- Ability to Adapt
- Ability to Multitask across different programs to complete tasks
- Consistent roster - Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm
