Trade Assistant/Lube technician - $41 p/h (Full time)

Our Client , one of Australia's most iconic tissue brands are currently recruiting for skilled and hard working Trade Assistants with Mechanical experience. They are looking for candidates who will provide mechanical support by utilising their knowledge and specialist trade skills as a Lube Technician.
The Role:

• Operate and maintain machinery
• Lubricate vital machinery
• Schedule inspections and condition assessment on machinery
• Fault finding and preventative maintenance
• Provide feedback on mechanical maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Mechanical experience 
• Lube technician experience.
• Experience as a fitter in a paper mill highly advantageous but not essential
• Must be available for O/T when required
• General understanding of production planning and manufacturing practices
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills
• Experience with various machinery & equipment
