Supply Officer / Support & Test Equipment Operator

Trojan Recruitment Group have a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse operative to join our team in Henderson working on a defence contract.

  About the Role:

• Material Handling / Warehouse Operative role.
• Unique opportunity to work on the Collins class submarine maintenance program.
• Located in Henderson.
• $54 per/hr + penalties (depending on experience). 
• 8.5-hour shifts plenty of OT available!
• 9-day fortnight pay cycle.
• Approx. 3-4 month assignment to begin with but there is strong possibility of extension.
• Mobilisation process commencing immediately.

  
Duties:

• Issuing & Storing of S&TE equipment & consumables.
• Ensure accurate information is recorded in Corporate systems such as Tool Tracking System regarding the assignment and movement of material. 
• Receiving deliveries, checking, stock transfer and put away to ensure efficient storage.
• Pick Packing orders, stock take, cycle counts.
• Forklift operating.

Key Requirements   

• Warehouse experience within an industrial work environment.
• Must be an Australian Citizen – (Australian Passport or Birth certificate or Citizenship Certificate).
• High Risk Forklift Licence.
• Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months) OR willing to obtain one.
• Ability to pass ‘fit for work’ pre-employment medical including regular D&A screens.
• White Card
• Current Driver’s License & reliable transport.
