Shift Leader - Food Production x 2

Overview:

• Responsible for safety of the team at all times. 
• Ensure All production is made correctly - attention to detail.
• Drive production throughput and maintain schedule timeline.
• Support the operator in achieving quality and productivity requirements for each job.
• Ensure adequate training is provided as required.
• Ensure Production folders are accurate, completed and signed off.
• Organise crew shifts and manage attendances to ensure production requirements are being met.
• Ensure rework and top-ups for production are carried out.
• Maintain GMP standards as per company guidelines.
• Report daily shift performance, maintenance schedules and action as per company guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years prior experience in a Team Leader position preferably within the food manufacturing sector, but not essential.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Good problem solving skills and have a resilient temperament to think and act on the move and remain focused and positive.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
• Willingness to collaborate and assist other team members when needed.
• Valid Forklift ticket required
