Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Line Maker for one of our clients which is located in Newcastle. 

The successful candidate will be required to carry out all activities associated with the marking of roads and carparks using road marking machines. You will also, be required to drive a light vehicle and assist other staff in the maintenance, set-up, pack-up and de-canting for the line marking machine.
  
Skills and experience
  • 2-years’ recent experience as a line marker 
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Dedication to top quality line markings
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Capacity to work in close proximity to traffic
  • Skill in Communicating with the public
  • Fitness to undertake labouring tasks
  • Current motor vehicle driver licence
  • Work outside normal working hours & travel 
  • Undergo relevant security & criminal records checks 
  
Tickets and Licences
  • WHS White Card
  • Blue & Yellow traffic control tickets
  • Current & unencumbered driver’s licence
  • Traffic control tickets (Preferred)
