Refrigeration Mechanic

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently looking for a Trade Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic, to work initially as a casual with opportunity of permanency for the right candidate. This role may involve call outs and weekend work.

Duties

• Perform all refigeration maintenance duties, including preventative, scheduled and breakdown maintenance.
• Be directly accountable and responsible for maintaining machinery and associated company equipment
• Fault finding, fault rectification, new and existing machinery alterations
• Train lower-level employees and assist non-trades employees in minor adjustments or maintenance when required
• Maintain, operate and test all equipment
• Provide technical advice on refrigeration related projects and tasks
• General maintenace duties as required
• Availability for overtime, call outs and weekend work

Required skills and experience

• Current resume with contactable work references
• Current Air Conditioning & Refrigeration trade license
• Restricted Electrical License
• Practical experience with a range of commercial and residential refigeration and air conditioning systems
• Full working rights in Australia
