As production continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated Process Workers to join the team. No explosives experience? No problem. We’re seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals who can follow established processes, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to build a long-term career.

What We’re Looking For:

• A consistent and reliable work history (with any employment gaps clearly explained)
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to pass a comprehensive medical assessment, including a treadmill test
• Availability to work a 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts across 14 days, including both day and night shifts)
• Willingness to complete drug and alcohol testing, including random testing
• Ability to obtain a high-level Police Clearance, as required for an Explosives Licence
• Applicants aged 18 and over — all age groups are encouraged to apply

Rotating Roster

• 7 shifts over 14 days, combined day & night shifts
• Shifts: 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am
• Work every other weekend
• Fixed 28 day roster – no changes 
• 2 x 15min + 2 x 25min paid breaks per shift.

Hourly Rate

• $43.78 per hour (flat rate) + Super paid fortnightly.
