About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Process Worker to join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
Due to the location of our clients, you will need a car with a current drivers license to get to and from work.

- Previous machine operator experience is preferred but not essential.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure product quality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
