Looking for your next adventure in a warehouse role? Trojan is on the hunt for skilled and experienced Pick Packers who currently hold their LF Forklift Licence, and are ready to hit the ground running. Our client in Laverton North is looking for their next superstar all-rounder to join their team in this Pick Packer/Forklift Operator role.

Your day-to-day:

Picking and packing orders quickly and accurately (RF scanning)
General warehouse duties - keeping your area clean, safe, and organized
Loading and unloading stock (don’t worry, training provided)
Operating both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
Day shifts - 7am start!

What we are looking for:

Minimum 1 year of Pick Packing and RF scanning experience
Minimum 1 year of High Reach Forklift experience
Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
Must be comfortable doing a mix of Pick Packing and Forklift operation
Ability to pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy
Good understanding of warehouse processes
A strong attention to detail
Ability to perform physical work
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a car to get to and from work
A safety-first attitude and a strong work ethic
