Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking an Experienced Office Assistant to join our client located at Minto. Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of road safety barrier systems throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

 Key responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and document management. 
  • Maintain maintenance and QA records, databases and filing systems (both electronic and physical copies)
  • Support Accounts-related tasks such as processing invoices, purchase order and maintenance work creation, as well as expense tracking. 
  • Prepare reports, letters and other documents as required.
  • Assist management and staff with ADHOC administrative tasks
  • Order and Manage office and PPE supplies. 
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient office environment.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times.
 Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a office/administrative assistant. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience in field of manufacturing (desirable) 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and support process improvements
To be successful for this role, you MUST be able to pass a Criminal History Check/ Police Check with ‘No Disclosable Outcomes’ and a Drug and Alcohol test prior to commencement.
