MR Driver - $48.00 p/h + super

About our client:
 
Our client is a global leader in the elevator industry, providing industry-leading escalators, elevators and automatic-building doors, including maintenance.

They are currently seeking experienced MR Truck drivers for ongoing work in the Newcastle CBD region. Previous experience working as a Truck Driver role is essential.

The Role:

• Driving MR Truck around different sites for drop offs
• Use of power tools
• Do installation work
• Additional hours & tasks available for candidates with Trade Assistance experience

Skills/experience:

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have MR Driver’s License and MR Driver experience
• Have a White Card
• Experience with using power tools
• Previous Mechanical or Trade Assistant skills are desirable
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a good eye for detail
• Be physically fit and safety focused
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have your own reliable form of transport
• Must have a can-do attitude and be a team player
• Be able to provide recent work references

The successful candidate MUST have previous experience working on a construction or in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment and have the ability to perform heavy and physical work.
