Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment to uphold optimal performance standards.
- Utilise problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot production line faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Rebuild and maintain repairable components, enhancing equipment lifespan and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to breakdown situations, ensuring timely repairs to all plant equipment to minimise downtime.
- Maintain meticulous shift reporting and update Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) accurately.
- Possess a recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
- Proven ability to identify operational and equipment improvement opportunities.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental practices, committed to adhering to best practices.
- Experience with Work Management Standards and CMMS highly desirable.
