Role Overview:
They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join their supportive team in Revesby. As a crucial member of the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of their site on a daily basis. You'll receive the necessary support and autonomy to excel, fostering a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and recognised.
  
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment to uphold optimal performance standards.
• Utilise problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot production line faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Rebuild and maintain repairable components, enhancing equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to breakdown situations, ensuring timely repairs to all plant equipment to minimise downtime.
• Maintain meticulous shift reporting and update Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) accurately.

  Skills & Experience:

• Possess a recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Proven ability to identify operational and equipment improvement opportunities.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental practices, committed to adhering to best practices.
• Experience with Work Management Standards and CMMS highly desirable.
