Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team join one of the biggest market leaders in garage door solutions.  The successful candidate must be energetic, and enthusiastic, possess a strong work ethic, be reliable, and motivated, with a positive attitude, and have a willingness to develop and learn.
  
The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting and operating machines, ensuring quality production, maintaining equipment, and promoting a safe working environment.
  
Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Set machine operational information (speed, cut size, type).
• Maintain press condition through cleaning and tool maintenance.
• Transfer sheet metals between presses, minimize waste, and maintain cycle times.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and technical specs.
• Perform quality control checks based on defined frequencies and drawings.
• Monitor equipment, perform minor fixes, and report issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance for equipment breakdowns.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures.
• Propose ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of press operating experience.
• 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
