Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating trains from Broken Hill, NSW to Parkeston, WA
• Conducting thorough inspections pre and post-trips
• Effective communication with various stakeholders
• Adapting to route changes and emergencies
• Continuous learning and adherence to safety regulations and practices
• Contributing to a team environment in line with Trojan Rail's values

Requirements for the Role: Candidates interested in these positions must:

• Possess a Certificate IV in Train Driving (Freight)
• Successfully pass all preliminary checks, including a CAT 1 Rail Medical
• Possess or be willing to obtain South Australian National Code of Practice Safeworking (NCOP)
• Possess Australian Working Rights
• Hold an unrestricted Class C driver’s license
• Route knowledge is desirable, but not essential
