Factory Cleaner - Beenleigh

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Factory Cleaner to join our team at a leading manufacturing company based in Beenleigh. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the factory, including cleaning production areas, equipment, and common spaces to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Due to the location of our clients, reliable transport and a current driver’s licence are required to travel to and from work.

To be eligible for the Factory Cleaner role:

• Previous cleaning or factory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Carry out general factory cleaning duties, including floors, production areas, equipment, and amenities.
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with site procedures.
• Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site.
• Be reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Experience or willingness to clean machinery and production equipment safely.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
