Key Responsibilities:
- Export Documentation: Prepare and process all export-related documentation, including shipping instructions, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and efficient support to international customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions and customer communications.
- Problem Solving: Address any export-related issues or discrepancies, ensuring resolutions are provided in a timely manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or export documentation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of export processes and regulations is a plus, but training can be provided.
- This is a permanent, full-time role.
