Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently handle the loading and unloading of goods from rail rolling stock, employing proper handling methods, and adhering to procedural processes.
• Ensure customer (internal and external) service time frames and service levels are being met.
• Perform routine pre-start inspections on Reach Stackers, equipment and refer any defects or needed repairs to the Depot Supervisor.
• Operate all equipment and machinery within the approved speed limits and safe operating procedures.
• Complete all documentation accurately as directed.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

• Flexible to work over a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Current LF forklift License, with proven operational experience
• Current 'CN' Reach Stacker License, with proven operational experience.
• Possess a current Full Class C motor vehicle driver’s licence with no restrictions.
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment recruitment testing, inclusive of CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessments plus any site-specific tests/inductions.
• Must be able to pass a Police Check
• Have a high commitment to your own safety and the health and safety of others.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
