As part of our nationally accredited program for Locomotive Driver Assistants, you'll be supported financially at every step. Initially, you'll receive a training rate whilst learning. This is followed by an enhanced rate whilst learning the role with your host employer. Finally, upon demonstrating your skills through the host employers’ verification of competencies, you'll earn the full rate of a qualified Locomotive Driver Assistant.
