Electrician (Mechanical) - $79 p/h

Our client is a global leader and pioneer in the design and manufacture of vertical access solutions for industrial and construction industries. They provide permanent and temporary high-quality elevators, construction hoists and work platforms built on rack and pinion and traction technologies. 
 
Reporting to the maintenance supervisor you will assist with the preventative & planned maintenance of high quality elevators, construction hoists and work platforms.
 

About the role

• Fault find and problem solve.
• Repair Gearboxes
• Complete planned and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with technical services and maintenance work.
• Provide advice on maintenance issues.
• Repair high quality elevators, construction hoists and work platforms
• 6 am-2:30 pm, Monday to Friday + overtime available

About you

• Qualified "A Grade" Electrician.
• Work history within manufacturing industry (or similar).
• Well-rounded industrial Electrician abilities.
• Mechanical Electrician or relevant experience.
• Pragmatic approach to the application of safety protocols
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience on commercial / industrial sites or with cranes / lifts / EWPs or other access equipment.
• Driver’s licence
• Rights to work in Australia
