As a Customer Service/Internal Sales team member, your responsibilities will involve:
- Taking a high volume of phone enquiries
- Liaising with clients to facilitate their orders
- Liaising with production staff on customer related matters
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Administration and computer work
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service/administration position
- Confident in answering and making phone calls
- Excellent computer and Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Positive personalities and attitude
- Attractive Hourly Rates
