Based in Hendra and Acacia Ridge, our client specialises in the supply of air conditioning units, including components and accessories.
Right now they are in need of a Customer Service Officer in both locations.

The Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with information about air conditioning units, accessories, and related products, offering expert advice tailored to their needs.
- Manage customer orders, including tracking, updating, and ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of products.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, working towards effective solutions and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Work closely with sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- Proactive and professional manner
- Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- MS Office skills at a basic level in Word and Excel.
- $35.00 per hour + Super
- 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
- An opportunity to go from casual to perm
