About the Client:
Company manufactures, imports and distributes quality automatic irrigation equipment for agricultural, golf course, sports turf, landscape and home watering systems throughout Australia.
  
About the role:

• Answering phone calls, inbound and outbound, answering emails
• Respond to all enquiries in a proactive manner and ensure that each person receives the information and assistance they require.
• Data Entry
• Direct link to the warehouse and office
• Administration functions

  
Requirements:

• Must have Experience in using a company database such as QAD/ MFG Pro
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and professional manner
• Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
