Job description
Trojan Recruitment Group is is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Operations Coordinator to join our high profile Client in Mascot. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the end-to-end process of inbound and outbound shipment volumes, ensuring world-class service in line with DHL’s market-leading standards.
Your Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, internal departments, and 3PL partners (both local and international).
- Oversee daily freight movements, flight coordination, billing, cost monitoring, and spot rate pricing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively managing shipment tracking, updates, and resolutions.
- Work closely with international stakeholders to ensure timely pickup, processing, and delivery.
- Support continuous process improvements and help drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments including Gateway, Ground Ops, Customs, Finance, and Claims.
- Liaise with airlines, truckers, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts based on regional time zones
- Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding, air freight, or logistics operations. Sales experience is a plus.
- Experience with 3PL coordination, customer service, and shipment tracking
- IATA certification and Dangerous Goods certificate are advantageous.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle high-pressure situations.
