- Strict safety and quality procedures in place

- Physically fit – must pass an intensive fitness assessment (includes treadmill)
- Able to work 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts in 14 days, day and night shifts)
- Willing to undergo:
- Drug & alcohol testing (including random testing)
- High-level police check (Explosives Licence required)
- All age groups are welcome – fine motor skills are essential
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Includes safety induction, explosives awareness, online modules, and on-floor training
- 7 shifts over 14 days (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am)
- Week 1: 60 hours | Week 2: 24 hours
- Every second weekend off
- Fixed roster – no changes allowed
- 2 x 15-min + 2 x 25-min breaks per shift
- Interview: Smart casual with closed shoes
- On the job: Steel cap boots, jeans/shorts and T-shirts (minimum 50% cotton)
- Safety glasses provided
- Can I pass a high-intensity physical?
- Am I comfortable with long shifts on my feet?
- Will I apply and pay for an Explosives Licence before starting?
