Airfreight Import Coordinator

Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking an Air Freight Import Coordinator to join one of our very well-renowned clients based in their Mascot Head Office. 

Ideally, we are seeking someone who can work Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work any required Saturdays due to the time differences with clients & customers.  

About the Role:

• Communication with airlines, customers & overseas offices
• Arranging the collection of International Freight
• Monitoring the shipment of this freight and keeping international customers updated
• Ability Handle general enquiries as required
• Report missing documents/packages to customer service, origin, and customer
• Comply with customs transmissions at the time regulated by customers 
• Generate invoices 
• Daily tracking of flights

Key Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a National Police Clearance before commencement
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Airfreight Industry
• Experience using Cargowise One software
• Excellent Microsoft Suite skills 
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Great customer service skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proactive nature 
• Successful candidate must be flexible with the start and finish time due to the differences in time zones
