Our client who uses machines to create tyres located in Wingfield has multiple positions for experienced machine operators/ production labourers with an immediate start for the right candidate due to an increase in supply. The opportunity would suit experienced machine operators. About the Role A leading manufacturing company located in Beenleigh and Luscombe is currently seeking reliable and experienced Process Workers / Machine Operators to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. Due to the location of our clients, you must have a car with a current drivers license to get to and from work. To be eligible for the Process Work role: Previous machine operator experience is preferred but not essential. Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products. Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is running smoothly. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure product quality. High-Reach Forklift experience is an advantage. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment with machinery (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues. Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
