Process Workers / Machine Operators - Beenleigh & Luscombe

About the Role
A leading manufacturing company located in Beenleigh and Luscombe is currently seeking reliable and experienced Process Workers / Machine Operators to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.

Due to the location of our clients, you must have a car with a current drivers license to get to and from work.


To be eligible for the Process Work role:

• Previous machine operator experience is preferred but not essential.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure product quality.
• High-Reach Forklift experience is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment with machinery (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
