With production increasing, we’re seeking motivated Production Workers for our Assembly and Extrusion teams. What We’re Looking For: Reliable work history (explain any gaps in your resume) Physically fit – must pass an intensive fitness assessment (includes treadmill) Able to work 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts in 14 days, day and night shifts) Willing to undergo Drug & alcohol testing (including random testing) High-level police check (Explosives Licence required) All age groups are welcome from 18+ Rotating Roster 7 shifts over 14 days (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am) There are 2 distinct rosters: One working every other weekend and the other working no weekends Fixed 28 day roster – no changes  2 x 15-min + 2 x 25-min paid breaks per shift Hourly Rate $40.07 per hour + Super working in Extrusion, no weekends $43.78 per hour + Super working in Assembly, working every other weekend.  Apply Now:    To get started with the recruitment process, select APPLY. About the Admin/Assembly role We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable part-time Administrative Assistant to join the team, our client is a leader in the manufacturing of explosives. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations plus assist the Assembly team mostly to cover breaks.  What are we looking for? Previous administrative experience preferred Well organised and strong communication skills Attention to detail and proactive attitude.  Experience in assembly or manufacturing a bonus. Great hand-eye coordination, the ability to work quickly.  Strong focus on safety. Mechanical aptitude is an advantage Have a reliable car and current drivers licence. About the role: SAP data entries Basic office duties including filing Operate the EBS machine and associated work stations Set up and operate equipment in accordance with work instructions & procedures Loading coiled wire onto machinery Crimping of detonators onto wire assembly Packing assembled product in to boxes in required formats Quality & inspections and recording Perform basic mathematical equations and basic report writing Ensure all operations are performed to procedures and WHS and environmental requirement Benefits: $31.50 p/hr rate Hours: 9.00am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday Opportunity to go from casual to permanent Ongoing and extensive training opportunities.
