What We’re Looking For: A consistent and reliable work history (with any employment gaps clearly explained) Strong physical fitness and the ability to pass a comprehensive medical assessment, including a treadmill test Availability to work a 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts across 14 days, including both day and night shifts) Willingness to complete drug and alcohol testing, including random testing Ability to obtain a high-level Police Clearance, as required for an Explosives Licence Applicants aged 18 and over — all age groups are encouraged to apply Rotating Roster 7 shifts over 14 days, combined day & night shifts Shifts: 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am Work every other weekend Fixed 28 day roster – no changes  2 x 15min + 2 x 25min paid breaks per shift. Assembly Technician – Windsor, Brisbane | Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:30pm Based at their Windsor headquarters, this hands-on role will see you assembling and preparing sophisticated radar and sensor systems deployed across large-scale mining and infrastructure operations around the world. About You: 3+ years’ experience in production, assembly, or similar hands-on role Mechanical or electrical experience (formal qualifications advantageous, not essential) Confident using electric and mechanical tools Able to read schematics/drawings and accurately document processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills   Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test high-tech radar and scanning equipment Complete production tasks safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards Prepare equipment for air and sea freight Conduct formal testing and sign-off processes Support new product implementation with Engineering and Project teams Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Why Join Us?
