Jade joined Trojan in December 2014 as the Head of Human Resources assuming responsibility for all HR operational matters namely People, Performance and Culture.
Jade’s extensive experience in both ASX listed and private business has seen her develop an innovative HR Strategy to foster growth and facilitate best practise. With strong experience across the Hospitality, Casino’s, advertising/media, Labour Hire, IT and Telecommunications industries both local and global, Jade will drive the people and performance agenda to foster productivity, innovation with a strong emphasis on compliance, Industrial and Employee relations.
