Gordon first joined Trojan as a Management Accountant in September 2002 having worked in accounting and finance positions within the Government sector, and a range of small to large sized private sector enterprises.
Gordon has since held the roles of Financial Controller and then Chief Financial Officer. In these roles he has successfully led key projects to utilise technology and synergies across the business, to support the strategic growth of Trojan and its customers.
With proven industry experience and a clear understanding of the balance between customer, innovation and people, this has made for a seamless transition to the appointment of Chief Executive Officer in February 2022.
