Warehouse Supervisor - Eagle Farm

The position is a ‘Hands on’ role reporting to the Site Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising a small sized team through all facets of warehousing and distribution
• Efficiently and safely controlling warehouse operations and resources including compliance with company processes and procedures
• Ensuring orders are picked accurately, and scheduling of transport to deadlines
• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all Goods in functions
• Controlling hired pallets including ongoing reconciliations of hired pallet accounts
• Maintaining stock integrity including the control of returns, quarantines, damages and other stock discrepancies

Skills & Experience

• Good grounding in goods-in, dispatch, freight, and stock control functions
• Strong CHEP management experience
• Forklift licence
• Ability to set high standards and lead by example
• Team first attitude
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Understanding of OH&S policy
• Prior experience in a similar role

Prior exposure to HACCP will be highly regarded.
