About the Role:
As the Transport Supervisor, you will be primarily supervising the overall coordination and engagement of all service personnel, a team of some 20+. Your role is critical to the business in that the execution of your tasks will ultimately determine success of any given day.

You will also be responsible for:
- Supervision a team of some 20+ Service Representatives
- Monitoring deliveries and collections
- Maintaining logs of all transportation and goods
- Identifying training opportunities and participate in delivering training
- The effective use of the premises, assets and communication channels
- Finding solutions to improve performance and outcomes
- Analyse data on a regular basis
- Knowledge of the local and regional Gold Coast/Brisbane areas a must
- Maintaining Logistics KPI’s and Service Level Agreement metrics
- Ensuring quality assurance checks are conducted and maintained
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
