Trade Assistant

About our client:
 
Our client is a global leader in the elevator industry, providing industry-leading escalators, elevators and automatic-building doors, including maintenance.

They are currently seeking experienced Trade Assistant for a project based in Gosford location. You will be assisting tradesman with the installation and maintenance of elevators. 

Skills/experience:

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have at least 1 year of Trade Assistant experience
• Experience with using power and hand tools
• Previous experience with lift industry is desirable but not essential
• Must be able to commence from 1st of July 2024
• Have mechanical aptitude
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a good eye for detail
• Be physically fit and safety focused
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have your own reliable transport 
• Must have a can-do attitude and be a team player
• Be able to provide recent work references

The successful candidate MUST have previous experience working as a Trade Assistant and have the ability to perform heavy and physical work.
