Job description
Trojan Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a leading aluminium manufacturer in Dandenong South.
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be able to ensure that production processes are operated in an effective and efficient manner that enables attainment of customer expectations in regard to service levels and quality measures. While ensuring that employees adhere to policy, procedure and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Skills and experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a Production leadership role
- Good written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer proficient
- A high attention to detail
- The ability to motivate and communicate with staff and lead them to meet or exceed daily targets
- The ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
- Actively contribute to problem-solving activity to define reasons for non-conformance and identify root causes for issues
- Full Australian working rights

- Able to work day shift hours
- Able to pass background medical checks
- Certificate IV Front line management
- Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing
