Production Operative

We are looking to fill vacant positions based in Wacol within the rubber manufacturing industry.  There are 2 positions available, one on day shift, 6am starts to 3pm and one on afternoon shift, 3pm to 11:30pm.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week with occasional overtime available which is optional.  These positions are casual to start off with but will turn into permanent positions for the right candidates.

For your application to be successful you must be able to:

• Pass a physiotherapy session
• Pass a full medical
• Pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Pass a Police check

To be eligible for the role you must have the following skills and experience:-

• Previous experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment is a must
• Machine operation experience is advantageous
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong safety focus
• MUST be able to provide a current resume with two recent contactable work references from a similar role
• Capable of performing heavy, repetitious manual tasks
