A unique opportunity to work with a solid South Australian Food Manufacturer who is a household name. You will be able to utilise your technical baking skills combined with team coordination with a creative flare. This is an on-going casual role with regular hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement through New Product Development
- Being a champion for innovative food development techniques
- Guiding and supporting team members towards achieving fantastic outcomes
- Leading and coordinating a food production team
- Maintaining high quality standards and strict adherence to procedures
You will need:
- An extensive background in the Baking and Cooking industries with a demonstrated passion for creativity and understanding what makes a great product
- Experience with Pastry, Cakes, Shortbreads, sweets etc
- Team leadership experience and a great work ethic
- Happy to work in a bulk cooking environment and are able to upscale skills if required
- Sound knowledge of HACCAP and WHS policies and processes
