Pick Packer with RF exp

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently working in partnership with one of Australia’s largest IT distribution centres who provide 3PL services to industry leading IT and telecommunications manufacturers across Australia.

The roles involve working in a fast paced team environment and can be physically demanding.  Previous experience in a busy DC or 3PL warehouse is essential. This is a KPI based position that does require the use of RF scanners.

Key responsibilities

• Manual handling, stock control and dispatch
• Picking and packing of orders using RF Scanning
• Unloading and loading trucks and containers
• Repackaging and labelling of stock
• General warehouse duties

Skills and experience

• Previous pick packing experience in a similar, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven RF scanning experience
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet targets and KPIs (with a high accuracy/attention to detail and low error rate)
• Hold a current Drivers’ Licence and have own reliable transport
• Reliability, enthusiasm and commitment
• Strong safety focus
