Maintenance Fitter - Eagle Farm

Role Overview:
We need a skilled Maintenance Fitter to help maintain and dismantle some of the machinery. As a crucial member of the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of their site. You'll receive the necessary support and autonomy to excel in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and recognised.
  
Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance, periodic maintenance and repair to production tools as required for the Clontarf facility.
• Utilise problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot production line faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Enable production rates and schedules to be met through provision of different tools and components.
• Respond promptly to breakdown situations, ensuring timely repairs to all plant equipment.
• Support plant equipment and services to achieve and maintain operational efficiency including quality in manufacturing.

  Skills & Experience:

• Possess a recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• Proven experience in production maintenance.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Proven ability to identify operational and equipment improvement opportunities.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental practices, committed to adhering to best practices.
