Job description
Trojan Rail are taking expressions of interest for Locomotive Driver Traineeships. We’re currently seeking expressions of interest for our next intake based in Narrabri.
Training to commence immediately within a current school at Greta or Werris Creek. Accommodation will be paid for during training for approx. 5week period.

About the training:
This nationally accredited traineeship has been designed to assist people from all walks of life to become a skilled Locomotive Driver.
Being a Locomotive Driver involves a broad range of specialised knowledge and skills in varied contexts to undertake skilled work within a train driving environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
As there is no prior experience required to be successful for this traineeship, but we do require successful applicants to have outstanding experience within the following skills:

As part of the recruitment process for these positions, you may be required to complete a range of assessments and screening activities. Components may include written assessments, psychometric assessments. You may be asked to attend FaceTime interview, provide at least 2 work related referees for reference checks and undertake pre-employment medical assessments that include drug and alcohol testing and fitness assessments. First Aid Certificate.
