Inventory Controller with LF/LO Forklift License

Full Job Description An opportunity is available for an Inventory Controller with an LF & LO Forklift License to join our esteemed client, a global logistics company located in Cranbourne West. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role involves overseeing inventory management and administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
The Role:
Duties:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Process purchasing orders and track orders
• Record purchases and maintain the database
• Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count
• Receive, unpack, and deliver goods
• Restock items as necessary and label shelves
• Process and document returns
• Perform routine clerical duties
• May lead, guide, and train staff, interns, and/or volunteers
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Operate an Aisle Master Forklift

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
• Database management skills
• Ability to analyse and solve problems
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
• Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
• LF & LO Forklift license with experience operating an Aisle Master/Bendi Forklift
