Gas Fitter / Service Technicians (Domestic Appliances)

About the Role:   

• Troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of domestic appliances including fridges, ovens, gas cook tops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers  etc
• Managing an average of 7 jobs per day.
• Ensuring equipment is tested and calibrated in accordance with industry standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer service during each job.
• Completing administration on a company issued tablet.
• Provide occasional assistance to other Technicians with larger jobs.
• You will be assigned a territory based on your residential address to make it convenient for you

  Skills & Experience

• Experience trouble shooting and repairing home appliances or have transferable troubleshooting & repair skills from other industries.
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Class G - Gas fitting licence (desirable not essential)
• Refrigerant Handling License (desirable not essential)
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be customer focused, adaptable/ flexible, and personable.
