About the Role
As an Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacture and assembly of Orica’s blasting products within a controlled, safety-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assembling and packaging explosive products to strict quality standards
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Following standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and housekeeping standards
• Collaborating closely with team members to meet production targets

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Safety-focused and committed to following procedures
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive in your approach to work
• A team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Experienced in manufacturing, production, or assembly (advantageous but not essential)
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and background checks
